Because the build in Fire Rating is a text parameter, you can not use the value in formula's. The only thing I can think of right now is have an extra Fire Rating type parameter that is a number and...

But having the fire rating in the Type has the same risk of error as having it in the instance, right?

This is not tied to your project, but to your Title Block, so it should not matter in which project you load it.

You go into your titleblock family and select the revision schedule. You will then get a blue dot on the top of the schedule that you can drag. Drag that down untill you have just 1 row left. No need...

You need to make the outer line 24x36 and have the inner line offset the 1.5 and 0.5" you need.
