    Sheet List showing all Revisions

I can create a Sheet List schedule showing the Current Revition of each sheet. This is good. Is there a way for a schedule to show ALL Revisions of each sheet, and then to be able to filter by Revisions?

An example of a use for this is that I would like to be able to quickly view a listing to show what sheets contained Revision 26 Approved For Construction.

    Thanks in advance.

    Anthony.

Not without an API app to do it.

I don't know if this will help you or not but it might be worth taking a look at. I've been trying to get the time to review this post in its entirety and haven't gotten there yet.

Thanks for the link, Dave. That was an interesting solution to getting a matrix style revision list onto a sheet if that is what is needed. However, it seems that a new Issue# project variable will have to be created for each Revit Revision, and the two are not linked so updating the matrix would require user input and checking. It was a good use of formulas in the Calaulated Value field though.

That is similar to what we do here as well. It's true that it does require a seperate calculated value for each issuance and some manual coordination, but the calculated values can be added to the template so they're always there from the start. We also have 2 coordination schedules that filter by current issuance and by issuance check box with some conditional formatting so it's fairly straight-forward to see what sheets need to be checked and what sheets shouldn't be checked.

Are your coordination schedules visible on each sheet? If one schedule could report data for all sheets for the project then that would be very interesting.

The coordination schedules do not appear on any sheets. I have one that filters by the current revision so I can make sure all the correct issuance checkboxes are checked, and then I have one that filters by the issuance checkbox to make sure every sheet checked is part of that revision. Changing the filter settings for each issuance is quick and then it's just a simple matter of making sure all the totals match up and match the number of sheet files in the folder after everyone makes pdfs.
