I have pads on different levels (see pic). On my basement plan on the place of upper pads I see gap in earth cut pattern. I noticed this is happening all the time when the pad is above view plan! Any idea how o fix it without using Filled Region?

set your view region to cut the main pad, then use a plan region to set the view region for the other one.

5 years later and I'm relearning again and as Andre says, at least 1 point needs to be below the cut plane.

On a commercial tower I'm currently working on I've been struggling to get the cut pattern of the topo to show on the basement plans, so I moved a single topo point down to -20000mm (lower than my lowest basement and at a place that is well off to the side of the site to so it doesn't affect anything else).

Cut pattern shows as it should now.

similar situation here but can't add a point because its within another topo surface region so can't be fudged.
