Problem with revit structure extension 2013

hi

i'm facing a big problem with revit structure 2013

i have downloaded an extension called : revitextensionsrvt2013

it's for auto reinforcement

when i choose an element "for example column" then click on the reinforcement button on the structure ribbon , i get a strange error :



i tried unistall and install again, but i still get the same problem

Since this is about an add-in, not something that all users have, it might be difficult to get help here. I assume that the authors of the add-in have some contact information for technical support. Have you tried that?

For 2019...maybe the reason it doesn't work is you cannot just copy the 2018 version and hope it works in 2019. From what I have heard the extensions that do work are pretty minimal. I'm talking about Revit Extensions... If you have the Structural Precast Extension installed, check to see if you have Update 1 installed.
