Get name of the space/room where an element is with Dynamo

    Hi!

Is it possible to get the name of the space/room where an element is with Dynamo?

In Schedule it is possible to filter by "Space: Name" and/or "Space: Number" (Image1). Is it possible to do somthing similar in Dyname? Look at "Image2" there i tryied but i got nothing in my Watch-node.

    Best regards Engineer

Thank you johnp! I tried Element.Space and it works fine with all elements exept with Cable Trays! Is there a way to make it work with Cable Trays?Click image for larger version.

Hmm.. Seems possible, what would you expect it to do?
Figure out if the cable tray is above the space?
Or completely enclosed in the volume of the space?

This version will determine which space the center point of a cable tray falls within.

To check the center point will work good in my case, so i think that node "CableTray.Space" will be my solution. I want to try it tomorrow, how do I get the CableTray.Space-node? Is it in a new Rhythm-package?

I will publish this to Rhythm today. Are you on Dynamo 1.0?
