lol MP I think I have the exact same desk at my house. 3 drawers on each side, center pencil drawer, brass pulls, top with the black insert.

    (to ask)

So, who's gone Ultra-Wide? I've really found myself more productive w/ the real estate of my 4K at home over my (albeit ghetto) ensemble at home - and am increasingly lured toward even wider - perhaps not so-very-LG49WL95C-big for .dyn and spreadsheet stuff (that I really do go mega-wide on) and also, thinking, wouldn't Enscape look ultra pretty on a big wide panorama (pending a gpu upgrade obvs)

    ?

I just recently upgraded to an ultra-wide. I got an LG 38" (3840x1600) I like it so far, I have only had it about 2 weeks. I like being able to run multiple apps big enough that i can see and use them without them getting in the way of one another. It could be done with multiple monitors too, but I do like the one ultra wide over multiple monitor setup which I ran for years.

That's nice, 3840x1600 in 38" would be slightly less wide (physically) than my current dual 1920x1200 setup, so I wouldn't have to turn my head as much. But then it has more height which is better for Revit, and I could run it slightly wider than half the screen for additional width than I get on my current displays. But dang they're still around $1,000 and up right now!

I think I got mine for $930 or something like that. It was under $1000 I know that.

    Quasi-necropost?

Just picked up a BenQ Zowie XL2731 and so far (about an hour) it is awesome. Haven't quite gotten the brightness/color settings where I want, but I'll figure it out.

Super nice stand. Adjustable height, tilt, orientation (landscape/portrait), and rotation (left/right). Came with a DisplayPort cable which is actually really nice, since so many of the GTX/RTX cards only have 1 HDMI output. Only real issue so far, other than the settings, is that the monitor arms my old monitors were on don't go wide enough to allow all 3 to be setup at once, so I had to go back to using the monitor stands and some books to get them higher up (I need more books )

Ideally I wanted one of the DesignVue monitors but they are pretty pricey.

Im currently working at my gaming rig.
    Have 1 BenQ EW3270U
    And 2 BenQ BL2480T
Both very nice monitors, the BL2480T are great office monitors with a nice stand and carrying handle.
The EW3270 i normall have at my gaming rig, is also a great 32inch 4k display to look at big excel spreadsheets or multiple windows at once.
