I just realized the Logitech g903 is ambidextrous, I take it for granted. Personally I like that mouse more than the mx master. The g903 has some awesome wireless tech too. It is faster than some wired high end mice.

Not sure if my other post failed to post but if it, there are other good e-sports/gaming mice that are ambidextrous. That is good too as gamers demand the highest quality sensors and such.

Hmm, maybe a dedicated lefties thread is warranted.

I use the Logitech M705, it is a little smaller than the MX Master and works perfect for me.

It may have been around for a while but I just noticed mention of their Left Handed CadMouse on 3D Connexions website and thought I would give it a try.

It is very nicely made and lets me add some precision when I need it to the cursor - Wacom pens not always being the most precise of tools. (Also mice aren't good for my right hand I find).

Bluetooth or mini-radio link or cable all work right out of the box (I prefer the mini-radio USB gizmo - nice for laptops as well).

Automatically sets up menus in the extra buttons when used with Revit - probably other applications too.

I've seen reviews where users say it isn't great with a Mac but I haven't tried it myself yet on a Mac.

Worth a look even if you aren't Left-handed

I had strain related problems last summer, so I was looking for a wireless ambidextrous mouse that can easily switch sides (I suck working with left hand, but I had no other options).
After some research I have realised that there are no many quality mice that fit my demands, until I learned of Logitech G Pro Wireless. Superb reviews turned out to hold the truth, with the sole exception of software, which may be working fine, when you're lucky enough to get it to work. At least, until the first restart
BTW, I have also tried Wacom/Space Mouse combo, that some people here found working even better than with mouse, but so far I didn't get comfortable with it.
But at least, I have more weapons to choose when I get frustrated with one option :-)

Same here Hirvio - I had bad tendonitis in my right hand (but I also play the drums ) so have spent months on exercises etc. and although now OK I avoid using a mouse with my right hand preferring to use the Wacom pen and tablet.

Years of work on developing my left hand for drumming lets me use the left-handed mouse but I try to keep it to just when I need some precision picking. The Wacom pen wobbles a bit (or maybe that's just me shaking )

Good to hear that you have some options anyway - from other posts it sounds like repetitive strain is a regular danger of CAD work.

You're not alone with wobbling! I have ended up picking wrong thing so many times, it made me go back to the mouse.
