Filled region not showing up in family when printed to PDF

We have a generic annotation family with a filled region (white) and it does not show up when printing with the Bluebeam plug-in. It looks fine when it is physically printed or printed to PDF through the R. We have tried changing the settings from Vector to Raster, the quality etc. I have also created a new family with a filled region and it doesn't work either. It is happening on multiple computers. Please see the pictures. Any idea on how to fix it?

Can you change the text in the Label, in the GA family, to be Opaque?

Yes but it is not the shape of the tag.

Yep--a bit of a compromise, but the text would read--which is most important.
Seems like an odd Bluebeam printing problem--have you tried a different PDF writer, like CutePDF, etc? as a test.

Yeah I am pretty sure it is the plug in now. Because it prints fine with anything else. I just wasn't sure if it there was another solution in Revit. We'll probably just have to all uninstall it and reinstall. Hopefully that'll fix the issue. Thanks for your time.
