    A360

Hello everyone ... I do not know why the following happens ...
As seen in the image, part of the drawing is pixelated and part is not. It is a file that I have uploaded in A360 ....
The only lines that are clearly seen with the heights ....
Can someone give me an idea?
I already try everything related to the configuration but nothing happens.

    Thank you

I have seen that distortion when a large file was in progress of uploading, and only when I was using BIM 360 Team, not now in Docs. Is there a progress bar indicating the percentage of the upload? How was that file produced? Is it a sheet of the model, or is a PDF file that you printed and then uploaded?

Hello Alfredo, it's a view of the model and no, there is no bar that indicates the progress of the load.
But I think I have more or less the answer, I just have not had time to try it, everything goes through the visualization mode in which the file is at the time of recording it .....
thank you equally for your time.
