    Question Autodesk Support for BIM 360?

    I've submitted a ticket and even sent follow up emails to Autodesk support for a really big issue I have with BIM 360 but cannot seem to get anybody to email or call me back. There is no known support number that I could find that is BIM 360 specific. Anybody know how to get a hold of them? My client is very frustrated at the moment because of a project of theirs that I hosted had to be upgraded from 2016 to 2018 and *poof* the models disappeared once the upgrade was complete. Need help!
