Assemblies in Navisworks - selection via mark parameter

    Dear all,

I'm thinking about the best way for selection of my truss assemblies in Navisworks.

I figured selection would be possible after assigning a mark to these families and make selection according to these marks in the Navisworks selection tree.

Yet, as far as I see in the selection tree only marks of individual elements is possible? I can't find this parameter for assemblies in the tree… ?

I know an alternative would be to assign phase or worksets for these elements, but I thought via mark it would be more convenient.

    Thanks for your reply!

I use the Find function in NW to search for the Assembly Name parameter
