Tilted/Slanted furniture or any family with angle parameters

    Hi forum,
I am trying to figure this out " I do not understand . My aim is to create a tv mount furniture as you will see from pic, has a slightly angled towards to customers, it is pre-common TV mounting style. I couldn't figure this out. What i did is listed as steps below

1- I have created a family#1 has outer frames and wooden fillers etc 'as generic model family'
2- I created family#2 ' celing type' this time, and made parameters for tilting
I cannot place my family#1 to family#2 on the reference lines, I need a plane which is tilted with my angle parameters. Maybe I am thinking it is possible maybe not.
If someone could give me some tips and maybe a proper family creation type could be a crucial to start with, I will be appreciated.
    Have a nice days.

why my attachment is rotates, anyway"

Thanks for your suggestion, I will redo the family #1 as work plane based. But do you know how I can set the family#2 workplane locked to angled ref. lines?

If it's family 2 that had to rotate, then that's the one I meant. It had to be Work Plane Based.
