Hello! I'm trying to render my view in Revit, but for some reason my timber flooring is not showing. I've attached screenshots of the properties and settings and hopefully someone can help me!
The only thing I can think of is that your wooden floor is inside the floor below it. You wooden floor is at 0 from the level and I asume you have a concrete floor at the same level as well. Try moving the wood 10mm or so up and see what happens.
Yes, that was my first thought, too--that the finish floor was part of the Core, and not above that level.
You might check to see which Bump map is applied to your Render material, too.
Thanks for the replies. I kind of cheated with this one so I actually only have one flooring and put the timber finish on it.
It looks like the floor is existing. Is the view (and the furniture & casework) new? If so, you likely need to change the views phase filter to "Show Complete". Unless you've changed settings, by default existing elements (which look like your walls, floor and ceiling) will use the material set in the phase overrides.
Thanks! I'll give that a try![]()
