    Junction Box with ID label

Been trying to figure this out for a few days now.

I made a simple Junction Box family from a "Electrical Fixture" family template. Just a square extrusion with instance adjustable dimensions.

My end goal is to have an annotative label on the junction box in plan view that shows the "Junction Box ID", a shared parameter of ours, in a small circle (of adjustable size in case the ID gets bigger than the circle). This ID would just be a J to show up like a standard JB symbol unless the project utilizes JB numbering or specific identification.

So what workflow do I use to achieve this if it's possible in the first place? How do I get an annotation family to load into a 3d model family?

Revit 2016 families attached for reference.
