How to create a label that can be edited many times

Hey all, I'm new to revit and I'm having a hard time figuring out some stuff. I need to create a label to place in every corner of my plan to show the natural elevation and the finished elevation, each of this points needs to have a letter label A,B,C etc (see attached an example done in autocad). I created the label but when I change the parameters it changes on every corner. How can I efficiently do it without creating different labels for each letter.

parameters need to be instance based. Take it these are generic annotations and not actual spot elevations?
