Revit 2020.2 update - how to hide the new x,y,z icon

A minor annoyance, and possibly this feature is really useful for some but the 2020.2 update today seems to have added an x,y,z set of arrows to the ?origin in views.

Would anyone know if this gizmo can be hidden please?

Zoom All to a cropped view now doesn't work well as the gizmo seems to be always visible.

It's in the Visibility Settings, under Site: Project Internal

This is very annoying. I made a post of it the other day. Sure you can use visibility graphics to remove it, but doing it for every single view on 50 projects is a huge pain in the ass. Autodesk needs to fix this.

    Plus I've experienced other quirks.
When in the material editor, the material preview wasn't working .... and on another time, I had a strange mass that was coming out of one of the windows. It was in multiple views but I could not select it. Both these things went away after exiting the program and restarting. Again... a pain.

That's what View Templates are for.
I had to change 6 Templates & I was done.

Yes. But still a pain when we shouldn't have to do it in the first place.

I will agree that new categories (or sub-categories) should be off by default

I agree - it was an issue when the MEP fabrication elements were added too. When it comes out as an update its not just one template project that has to be fixed, but every active project in that version AND the template.

It seems to happen to files that are already v2020 and then opened with 2020.2. Older files I've opened with 2020.2 don't have it on in any views.
