    -1 Not allowed! Not allowed!
    Turning off by worksets is the best option. Done to all view in one foul swoop
    Turning off in VT's...alright if you have only a few, but over 5.....Ahhhhhhh

    It really isnt. You are banking that the consultant didnt mess up and put any important geometry on that workset. Which- if you are okay with it- is great. Im not willing to take that chance.

    If you do it in the View Template, through VG:RVT Link, and do it with Placeholder Links in your Project Tempalte, you dont EVER have to touch it, AND you dont have to run the risk of missing important geometry.

    Or easier, make a filter called 'GRID' select category 'Grid', Filter by 'none' and load to particular view and uncheck it if you need all grid off included the grid not in Revit linked files.
    I set up a grid in a dwg file and linked it, it works perfect, as I need it for 2D only, I can manipulate the location of IDs very easy.
