    How can I check if they are overwritten by element?
    I've tried to make a new smaller file and copy-paste some conduits but that way the conduit loses the overwritten color, see attached.
    I can send you an email with 14mb file, the smaller I could do.

    You can share the model using any cloud drive.

    They have been individually overridden in that view.
    select them all, rightclick /"override graphics in view" / reset

    Sometimes finding where the yellow color is coming from can help you find what is driving the change.

    common areas of change can be;
    -Filters (Check if you are using a view template if filters are included)
    -Single element overrides
    -Visibility Graphics (Press the + symbol to find sub categories)
    -Object materials (best to remove these during the troubleshooting process)
    -Object Styles (Open visibility graphics, and press the button at the bottom, this is a global style menu)
    -Check phase filter graphics overrides and what phase your conduits are on

    Else, id say the above list should cover you for the future
