Revit 2019.2.2 crashing in 3D views

We have an issue with Revit crashing for one user when he is working in 3D. Revit freezes and displays the message: "An error has occurred while drawing the contents of this window. This window shall be closed." Sometimes he can click the close button and it closes and he continues working. Other times, Revit shuts down. We have tried turning off hardware acceleration, updating the graphics card driver, reinstalling the Microsoft DirectX End-User Runtime, performing a clean install and reinstall of Revit, cleaning the temp folder and the collaboration cache. It has improved somewhat, but the error still occurs.
    Any thoughts?

If it is that one user maybe something in his/her windows profile is broken (I know I had to delete profiles sometimes with AutoCAD when it crashed) and if it is multiple user on that on machine maybe some wonky memory or something?

So basically try to figure out if it is the user or the machine that's the issue I'd say.
