Question Shared Parameter limitations or ID10T error?

    Evening folks,

So I want to use a Shared parameter in a Logo we've designed to paste into other companies title blocks. When the title block is inserted into the project it'll automatically show the information listed in the shared parameter listed in the Project Information dialog box.

The parameter is a Common discipline, Text parameter.

When the parameter is created in the project, it is a Common discipline, Text parameter, grouped under Other, Instance, Values aligned per group, Categories are Project Information & Sheets.
The parameter then shows up under the Project Information dialog box

When the parameter is inserted onto a title block & the title block is inserted into the project, the parameter auto-fills the data of the project.
    Code:
    Parameter
        Inserted to Title block
            Inserted to Project = filled

When the parameter is inserted into the logo & then the logo is inserted into the title block & then the title block is inserted into the project, the parameter is NOT filled.
    Code:
    Parameter
        Inserted to Logo
            Inserted to Title block
                Inserted to Project = nothing
Is this nested & it cannot be so? Can it made to work as a nested element?

When the parameter is inserted into the logo & the logo is inserted into the project in a Starting View (Drafting View), the parameter is NOT filled.
    Code:
    Parameter
        Inserted to Logo
            Inserted to Project = nothing
Just as the title block but it is not working ... why?

Ideas & suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you.

Do you have to link the Nested Logo family parameters to the Shared ones within the Title-block Family?

^This. And you'll need to add the shared parameter to the project as well.

I would think but perhaps I'm wrong, adding the parameter to the Tittle block would then automatically link it to the Logo family.
Is there an additional step I've missed in linking the nested Logo family to the title block?

As edmond mentioned, the parameter has been added to the project.

Select the nested logo family and click the little button to the right of the parameter name to link it.
