Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP) and Plan Region

Does anyone know if you can yet do a plan region that works for an RCP? By default a plan region is always looking down not up? Thanks!

Thats not true, from what i can see. My View Range of PR's created in RCP's act in the "look up" direction.

EDIT: they have a *bottom*, but the View Depth is in the Up Direction.

hmmm maybe I have a different problem then. I assumed it was looking down because our cut plane is at 2000mm and we can still see all the toilet fixtures that are on that level. so it seemed logical this was the problem.

You didnt need to change any setting to make it look up? Its the default behaviour.

I have to say autodesk could really still make view range more intuitive. More than 10 years of revit and my brain still struggles.

Make sure the bottom of your RCP view range is also at 2000 (or whatever) and that no part of your toilet families have anything in them that reach up that high.

Its definitely not the families. If I make a new RCP of the level they are on (its a split level plan), they don't show just fine with the same view range settings. And its everything in the WC. Its only happening inside the plan regions. All other RCPs on multiple levels are find with same families. Any one got any more suggestions?

What are the view range settings for your plan regions? Any elements crossing the boundary of a plan region displays the whole element (which is annoying).
