Hiding Fasade Grids in 3D views ?!

So basically I've been working with Revit for many years now, and I always run into this problem, over and over again. Now I'm at my wits end- here's teh problem.

I have a 3D view and a facade wall which is composed of many facade grids. even though I hide every category related to the facade, the grids are still visible in the 3D view! It is of course very uncomfortable if you want to hide an element and you can't.
Does anybody have an idea? Worksets visibility perhaps?

sorry i must have typed the translation wrong. They are not levels, they are Facade (CURTAIN) grids. Architecture-> CURTAIN GRID. Sadly, turning off the levels won't influence the curtain grids

The grids will pop up if the wall element itself is still visible. You probably turned off the Panels and the Mullions.

Turn off the Walls or make a filter to only turn off the curtain walls.

Thank you Bjorn, but how do I make a filter that filters out specifically curtain walls? Curtain walls are not in the list of model categories. The only possibilities are to select the specific type name of wall, but that doesn't seem to affect the visibility of the grids, as in, the curtain grids are still visible.

    View>Filters

Wall category, Family Name contains Curtain?

Use the Forum search for all kinds of uses for filters.

I know the OP wants to suppress in view the not only the curtain wall elements (mullions, panels) as well as the grid itself. Filters works great for this and have saved me time and time again.

Many times i have wanted to turn off just the grids, but leave the mulls and panels on for context. The pre-highlight of curtain grids can be very annoying. It would be great to turn off the curtain grids in view, in the same way you can control the visibility of structural beam systems vs the structural framing. Time to head to the Wish List forum i suppose....
