Revit server read only?

I work a lot on revit server and now i want to transfer my library to revit server so we can all use the same library without using a shared filesystem.
All the families i want to share are in a RVT project so i only need that to be read only on the server.

Doe anyone know if it is possible that people can open a project on revit server as read only, or doen Revit server always require write right to the RVT file.

Don't think this is possible since you can only really configure user-rights on a server level.

I know you can lock a model from the Revit Server Admin, but don't recall if one can still open it as read only.
