Creating a Sheet based parameter that works with client Title Blocks

I have a need to create some watermarks for my sheet views so that they interact with the title block. The problem is I need this to work without being attached to the title block since we use a different title block for every project. I can easily create a family that gets either loaded into the new title block every time we get one and have that parameter turn on and off, but I'm trying to make this to where our "less than experienced" Revit users can just click on a check box in the sheet view and not have to add it every project.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you!!

If you dont want to do it within your titleblock, i recommend doing it as a second titleblock. Nothing says you cant have two, on the same sheet.

I didn't even consider that as an option. I appreciate it.

Very welcome. Only reason i would like it as a Titleblock instead of simply its own Generic Annotation, is then you can (in any project):

    1. Select a single titleblock thats already on a sheet
    2. Select all instances in entire project (right click)
    3. Copy
    4. Paste Aligned to Same Place
    5. Switch to your watermark type

I would personally still want something like Dynamo managing it, for when new sheets get added... But its a start.
