Can't find and delete Revit Levels

I'm having a problem with the levels in my project. I created 4 of my own levels, and the project had 4 generic levels already in it when I created it.

The problem I'm running into is that I can't see the levels that were already in the project (Foundation level, 0'-0" Level, Finish Slab, and LOWER FOUNDATION) in any view. If I create a section or elevation all I see are the levels I created. Even if I select everything in the view and look at filter, it only has 4 levels selected. Does anyone know what is happening here? I'd really like to clean up my project manager.

They are probably out in space (their 3D extents are not maximized).

Grab a level you created, right click, Select All Instances in entire Project, right click, Maximize 3d extents.

If you are just looking to delete levels in your project that you can't find you can also create a level schedule, sort & group by name then delete rows from it.

Agreed it is dangerous as you won't even get warnings. Use dynamo to find all elements hosted to the level first.
