Code related Key Schedules - Updating / swapping for different IBC years

We use area plans for our code calcs, as I'm sure many of you do to. We use key schedules to contain the code factors for plumbing and egress occ load. These items don't change frequently but they have, especially 2018. So what I need to do or want to do is maintain a key schedule for each year and be able to transfer it in to a project as needed and have it overight the info in the project. I don't think this is possible but wanted to check with the brain trust out here.

I've seen some do it with Dynamo or a custom built 3rd party app. Ideate BIM Link can do it also.

    Scott--

Dana DeFillipi did a seminar about this at AU a couple of years back. She had a Dynamo script that picked the right 'Key Schedule' in Excel.
