    Line Spacing For Dimension Text

    Hi all,
I have been having issues where I can't find how to tighten/squeeze my text boxes in dimensions closer to the dimension line. Is it possible to manually do this via edit type or edit family? For example, I want the upper and lower dimension text box to be 1/16" from the dimension line. Also, when I manually pull and drag the dimension text, is it possible to delete the curved line that comes with it? Thank you

    Edit:
Also, is it possible to stack texts in a dimension text. Thank you

Thank you for the responses duende123,
I am still having trouble where when I changed my text offset from 1/8" to 1/32" for example, both the top and bottom text shift down, where I want the lower text to shift up closer to the center line.

Also, unsure what the technical term is, but when I have a long dimension text with 6,7,8, etc. words in the "below" Text Field , I want to stack 3 words on top of 3 words, 4 words on top of 4 words, etc. Thank you

Text Offset = 0 is the minimum distance between the text above and below.
if you move the text manually the whole set moves

And, it seems to me that only three levels of texts are possible in a dimension.
