Halftone not showing in print file

Hi. Hope you're all doing great.

I have run into a problem that my print files are not showing the halftone elements in the file. I have checked all the properties but I can't seen to figure out the problem. If anyone can help me with this I'll be grateful. I'm attaching the screen shots.

Thank you for help in advance.

If you go to Manage Ribbon > Additional Settings > Halftone / Underlay, can you screenshot the settings there?

EDIT: Also, have you tried it with the FoxIt Printer Properties on Color, instead of Black and White?

Yes i have tried the FoxIt printer properties on color and the result is same and in grey-scale the gird is black while the whole building turns half tone. I'll attach the result of grey scale too.

Hate to say it, but have you tried another PDF printer?

Ive been using the Bluebeam PDF Plotter for years. As long as you set the Bluebeam administrator to Not open PDF's after creation, and not prompt for a file name, its epic fast, at doing tons of sheets.

Ive also used the Adobe one.

WAY back in the day i bounced between a few free ones... but i havent had to in a decade.

Weve gone compeltely off Foxit and recommend to our clients not to use it: we are finding too many inconsistancies with it.
Personally: Id go with the free dirroots "Prosheet" addin that allows a lot more control over sets of sheets, and it comes with PDF24 as its print engine wheichj we have no problem with.
