I am currently working in Revit 2020. I have linked an autocad dwg into my project. Since this is an autocad background I am unable to host to the walls so I am trying to draw an architectural wall but it will not show in the view I'm working in. Any Ideas?
That can be a lot of things, category turned off, a filter that turns off walls, or maybe the level it is modeled on is below your view range, when placing the wall it is set to Depth instead of Height in the options bar.
Hard to say without the actual file to look at
Since you don't have anything to host to, it's probably essential to use non-hosted families for this type of project.
