One of my coworkers is having an issue with Revit 2020. They will receive an error box like this below, which is common within Revit:
The issue is, there is no way to get out of this dialogue unless they click on their mouse rapidly. all of the options are either greyed out, or not clickable, regardless of whether or not it's greyed out. This image is just for example. We are thinking it's a software issue, but are not sure. Tried restarting and updating, to no avail. Any ideas?
hmm - my first thought is it might be a grahics card issue? Can you turn off hardware acceleration (under options) and see if it still happens?
