Yeah, its deleting them on UNload, so it wont matter how they reload it.
But i 1000% agree, they should be saving the different versions, in case they need them, for something. But i keep all of the CURRENT ones in one folder.
I'll check with our BIM manager to see if there is a particular reason we do not keep previous versions of consultant's models.

Well, you can always do what Architects do:
You can add all the dimensions (that you know you should not) and then put a big general note that all structural dimensions on these plans are general information / suggested and direct the contractor to absolutely not use these dimensions and please refer to S plans for same. And also, to please give us a call if you find any discrepancies, we'll clarify it right away.
