Oh I see....that outer box is the "paper space" I drew so I could but it up to edge of sheet and then have my 36x24 inside.

I've tried it both ways. I explained the methods I've tried in the original post.

Yeah, that Titleblock is 38" x 25". No wonder you're having problems. You're making this a whole lot harder than it has to be.
Yes, it is easy to replicate in BIM. As Robin said in post #2, make the Titleblock the actual size you want.
When you click on one of the cut lines, you'll get a dimension. Grab one of the blue dots and pull it over to the cut line on the other side.
Then change the dimension to 36" and do the same for the vertical to 24".
Once you've got an accurate border, adjust what's inside.
Then print to 100% with a 0" margin

No, that outer box is not the "paper space". It's the cut line.

You need to make the outer line 24x36 and have the inner line offset the 1.5 and 0.5" you need.

Okay, so... Something IS wrong, but its specific to your Titleblock. Furthermore, whats interesting: Once YOUR titleblock has been "in play," the sheet is... wrecked. First, i changed your ttleblock to be correct 24x36 (zero edge), and adjusted the margins, because whatever you had set up in there is just wrong. Dont overthink "paperspace." The farthest lines outbound that you draw ARE the sheet of paper. Period.

    Check out the Attachments:

ParallaxTitleblock-2021PostChanges. This is one of mine, after i swapped it in from yours. My 24x36 titleblock doesnt print correctly either, after yours has been in play. We see the "slivers" around the edge, that we shouldnt see, and it doesnt dimension right in Bluebeam either, which is WEIRD.

Fearing this was a plotting issue with Revit that had just gone unnoticed, i went back to 2018 and plotted:

    ParallaxTitleblock-2018. Everything works 100% correct.

Then i went back to Revit 2021:

    ParallaxTitleblock-2021. Everything works 100% correct.

Ive tested these all in blank files (no template) and im 100% certain im using correct (and the same) plot settings. So something IS weird about this titleblock. I havent figured out what, yet.

    Ooooooh, i see something INTERESTING.

Ned- i have to ask, where did this Titleblock originally start from? That is to say, when you first made it, what family or template did you start from?

what could the problem be? I just downloaded the 38x25 title block, shifted everything on the left in 1.5", and everything else in 0.5", saved, loaded into blank project, and printed to PDF with Adobe and it looks perfect.
